_TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT:
BY PURCHASING A PERKS CARD YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Participating business offers may change at any time due to their revolving start & end dates.  
  2. Some offers have restrictions on days of use, etc.  Check the business Partners offer on grkids.com before heading out.
  3. You may use the card over and over again.
  4. You will be subscribed to the monthly PERKSLetter which highlights new PERKS Partners, special monthly PERKS and other PERKS offers.
  5. PERKS have an expiration date printed on the card.
  6. PERKS Cards have a signature panel and must be signed to be active. 
  7. Cards are not transferable.
  8. One card works for one immediate family.  
  9. Card must be presented at the time of use.
  10. Card is not valid with any other offers, coupons or specials.
  11. Limit one card per person per day.
  12. Each offer is subject to additional terms and conditions.
  13. Once purchased, cards are non-refundable and may not be returned.
  14. Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
_PERKS Cards sold at this time will expire on 12/31/12. 
Prices are as follows:
- through 1/31/12: $25
- between 2/1/12 and 3/31/12: $22
- between 4/1/12 and 5/31/12: $18
- 6/1/12 and after: $15
 Please allow 2 weeks from purchase date for delivery.
