- Plus, when you use a PERKS card, you can be proud because you are strengthening our community! The local businesses that are part of the PERKS card are the building blocks of 49546, 49503, 49341 and everywhere in between. When you support these businesses, you support your neighborhood, and you can do it at a discount with a PERKS card! (PERKS Partners join the PERKS program for free and in turn pass their advertising savings straight on to you, the PERKS cardholder.)
