Grand Rapids Gymnastics is proud to offer the finest training of physical fitness and gymnastics related activities to children of all ages.  Participants will take part in fun, safe and exciting activities with our enthusiastic instructors. Our programs follow sound progression principals at every stage and ability level. GRG offers recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls, competitive boys and girls gymnastics teams as  tumbling and trampoline classes and competitive team. Other activities include:

Grand Rapids Gymnastics is also the host of one of the country's largest gymnastics competitions, Gymnastics on the Grand held annually in December at the DeVos Place.  Competitors from the entire country participate in the 3 day event!
