Another Great GiveAway!  I have the opportunity to give away (5) Family Packs of 4 tickets each to the Friday night performance!

This original ballet, based on Clement C. Moore's familiar poem and set to familiar Christmas music, has become a holiday tradition in Grand Rapids. Mischievous mice, dancing stockings, and Santa with his sleigh and prancing reindeer combine to create a magical holiday treat.

The performance (perfect for families...one hour long...) includes an opportunity to visit with Santa and the cast on stage after the show, so don't forget your camera!

It's easy to enter to win these tickets!  Just leave a comment on the blog telling who in your family would like to see 'Twas the most and why.  Good luck, and winners will be chosen by random drawing On November 23.

My daughters would both love to go. My 4-year-old is taking ballet classes this year, and I know she would be enraptured by the "real" ballerinas!

My daughter loves to dance and she has never been to a ballet performance before. She has taken some dance classes, and loves to twirl, and ballet is her favorite kind of dance.
I would love to be able to take her to this performance, she would be in heaven! Money is tight this year so it's not in my budget to purchase tickets. I appreciate all the wonderful things on this website, since many activities are free and gives me a way to take my daughter to activities that I otherwise wouldn't have known about. But by far, she would love the opportunity to see a ballet performance. Thank you for the opportunity!

My 4 year old daughter is in dance class, and she loves ballet. She would be fascinated by this event. Also...my 2 year old son takes after his big sister and dances ALL the time, sometimes even in his sister's dress up clothes, so he would get a kick out of it too!

My daughter, Elli, is taking ballet this year and is into all things ballet. My very-inclined-to-dance gotta-lotta-rhythm husband is loving being a "ballet dad". This would definitely be a family treat!

My Daughter has just started dancing around the house and singing and I been trying to find ways to encourage her to dance and since. I just found a few places that do dance classes and then I see this and it's another great way for her to see that it can be fun.

My kids are young (2 and 14 mos), so we are just creating our family traditions - I think my two year old, especially would love to see all the dancing. I grew up reading the story as a family every Christmas Eve, so this would be a wonderful extension of that family tradition...

I think it would be a tie in our family as to who would like to see this the most. Our little girl is the dancer in the family; her older brother loves any type of musical performance; the mom is giddy about Christmas and loves to watch the joy & excitement about the holiday in the little's eyes; the dad beams as he takes in all the sights. Thank you Melody for this INCREDIBLE website. You have helped our family begin to learn our way around GR - - we feel like we have a friend showing us around.

I definitely believe my daughter would win this for the most that wanted to see it in our family. She is SSOOOOO into dance right now it isn't even funny! I just love to watch her. I think seeing this would give her some great new moves! Thanks for the chance!

Our four year old daughter is taking a ballet and tap dance class. She would love to see "big girls" dancing. It would also be a great experience for our eight year old son to see boys/men dancing. He has had to go to his sisters dance class once or twice and thinks dance is just for girls.

My kids ( 8 and almost 5) have attended the ballet and just love it! This would be a wonderful way to get into the Christmas spirit and a great way to enhance their love of music and dance. This is a great website and very helpful as we are from Grand Haven, THANKS!

My kids would adore it!! My 5 year old could probably not care so much about the ballet aspect...but loves plays and watching any sort of performance. On the other hand, my 3 year old LOVES ballet and would gush if I even mentioned the word!! I would probably leave the youngest at home. Even an hour would have her a little antsy :)
